Job summary

Mandarin Oriental, Doha seeks an Executive Chef to lead the Culinary division within the Food & Beverage area. You will oversee all operational, administrative and financial aspects of kitchens across the property, while ensuring top-tier quality, safety and guest satisfaction.

You will manage menu development, cost control, training and collaboration with Outlet Chefs to maximise revenue and uphold MOHG standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all operational and administrative aspects of the culinary division
• Monitor food quality, safety and cost controls in line with MOHG standards
• Lead and train kitchen teams, schedule staff and manage performance
• Collaborate with outlets to plan menus, pricing and promotions
