Job summary

NTU International is preparing a proposal for a project on communication outreach and engagement on EU policies in the MENA region. They are establishing a pool of qualified Non-Key Experts (Senior and Junior) for short-term, on-demand mobilisation during a 36-month project.

The role focuses on high-quality videography, content production for digital platforms, and supporting the production process in line with EU branding and guidelines.

Qualifications

• Professional training (or equivalent) in videography.
• Access to professional filming equipment.
• 2 years' general experience in videography.
• 1 year specific experience filming institutional/event content.

Responsibilities

• Filming high-quality video content at conferences, workshops, visits, press events and other activities.
• Producing video content for websites, social media, campaigns and institutional materials.
• Supporting pre-production: planning, scripting and shot preparation.
• Collaborating with producers, editors and specialists to ensure strong visual storytelling.
• Managing filming equipment and ensuring technical quality during production.
• Assisting with organising and archiving video footage for future use.
• Supporting multimedia content production in line with EU branding and guidelines.

NTU International is preparing a proposal for the project “Communication outreach and engagement on EU policies in North Africa, the Middle East and the Gulf”.

In this context, NTU International is establishing a pool of qualified Non-Key Experts (Senior and Junior) to be mobilised on a short-term, on-demand basis during project implementation (36 months).

The overall objective of this assignment is to provide strategic, technical and logistical communication support to DG MENA in the planning, development and implementation of its day-to-day communication activities, with the aim of strengthening the visibility, outreach and impact of the European Union's policies, initiatives and partnerships across the Middle East, North Africa and the Gulf region.

Responsibilities

• Filming high-quality video content during conferences, workshops, official visits, press events and other communication activities.
• Producing video content for websites, social media platforms, promotional campaigns and institutional communication materials.
• Supporting pre-production activities, including planning, scripting and shot preparation.
• Working closely with producers, editors and communication specialists to ensure high-quality visual storytelling.
• Managing filming equipment and ensuring technical quality during production.
• Assisting with the organisation and archiving of video footage for future use.
• Supporting the production of multimedia content in accordance with EU branding and communication guidelines.

Minimum Qualification and Skills

• Professional training (or equivalent) in videography;
• Access to professional filming equipment;

Minimum General and Specific Professional Experience

• 2 years' general experience in videography;
• 1 year specific experience filming institutional/event content.
