Bridge Capital seeks a Vice President, Fund Controller to own accounting, governance, investor reporting and capital activity across its funds and related vehicles. You will oversee third‑party administrators and establish an institutional‑grade fund‑finance infrastructure, safeguarding NAV and investor capital integrity.

This role shapes control environments and operating architecture for a growing global alternative asset manager from an early stage, requiring leadership and cross‑border

Qualifications

• 10+ years in fund accounting or related institutional environment.
• Experience leading teams and reviewing outsourced providers.
• Deep multi-entity fund experience including NAV and investor reporting.
• Willingness to travel internationally and relocate if needed.

Responsabilités

• Own monthly, quarterly and annual accounting across funds and related structures.
• Review and approve NAV calculations and schedules.
• Manage capital calls, drawdowns, allocations and waterfall models.
• Ensure accuracy of investor capital accounts and allocations.
• Oversee fund statements, audit deliverables and regulatory filings.
• Monitor liquidity, fees, and funding needs.
• Deliver investor reporting and respond to due-diligence requests.
• Lead third-party administrators and service providers.
• Build scalable fund-finance processes and AI-enabled tools with controls.
• Develop and lead a high-caliber fund-control team.
