Job summary

Bridge Capital is seeking a Senior Legal Manager, Fund & Transaction, to lead legal workstreams across complex cross-border investments from structuring to realization. You will convert commercial objectives into executable structures, negotiate principal documents, and protect governance and economic rights.

You will guide junior lawyers, coordinate with investment teams, and ensure regulatory compliance across jurisdictions.

Qualifications

• Progressive legal experience in private equity or M&A environments.
• Experience with fund structures, SPVs and co-investments is highly preferred.
• Strong governance, risk allocation and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead legal workstreams across acquisitions, disposals, JVs and co-investments.
• Partner with investment, tax and tech teams to define legal workplans.
• Design structures across jurisdictions and manage due diligence findings.
• Negotiate transaction documents and protect governance and economic rights.
• Provide leadership to the legal team and guide cross-border compliance.
