Bridge Capital seeks a Senior Legal Manager, Fund & Transaction, to own legal workstreams across cross-border investments from structuring and diligence through signing and exit. You will negotiate principal documents, safeguard governance and economic rights, and guide execution risk with commercial judgment.

Qualifications

• Strong command of transaction structuring and governance.
• Experience leading cross-border private equity, M&A or investment transactions.
• Ability to translate complex legal issues into executable structures.

Responsibilities

• Lead legal execution across acquisitions, dispositions, JVs, co-investments, and exits.
• Define legal workplans with investment, tax, and finance teams.
• Design fund, SPV and co-investment structures across jurisdictions.
• Lead due diligence and translate issues into price and protections.
• Protect governance and economic position through reserved matters and exit provisions.
• Support portfolio matters including add-ons and restructurings.
• Manage cross-border regulatory and anti-bribery issues with counsel.
• Develop playbooks, templates and knowledge resources to speed up execution.
• Provide leadership and guidance to the legal team.
