You will appraise vehicles, estimate preparation costs, support trade‑ins, and ensure all purchases meet quality and accessory standards. You will document appraisals in IS Auto via Zest and coordinate with Sales and Administration to complete transfers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in any discipline.
• Technical ability to appraise vehicles and estimate repair costs.
• Excellent communication, selling, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to handle customer grievances and resolve complaints.
• Strong relationship-building with diverse nationalities.

Responsibilities

• Buy pre-owned vehicles as required by stock targets and reports.
• Appraise vehicles technically and estimate preparation costs.
• Provide trade-in services and valuation for exchanges.
• Capture appraisals in IS Auto via Zest and maintain the appraisal file.
• Complete negotiations, purchasing, and transfer of ownership.
• Ensure vehicles are purchased with all required accessories.
• Monitor market trends and adapt purchasing strategies.
• Work with sales teams to align with incentives or trends.
