Job summary

PER in Doha, Qatar, is seeking a Treasury & Transactions Senior Manager/Director to lead treasury, liquidity and funding for the group and act as finance lead on new investments. You will work with the CFO, guide deal structuring, and mentor a small team in a fast-paced investment firm environment.

The role requires a qualified accountant with Big 4 audit exposure, strong analytics, and excellent communication skills to support portfolio companies and strategic decisions in Doha.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant with a professional qualification (ICAEW/ACCA/CIMA) and a degree in finance or accounting.
• Senior-level experience including Big 4 audit.
• Strong background in transactions, M&A, tax and budgeting.
• Knowledge of IFRS, tax planning and corporate structures.
• Experience managing a small team and advising senior management.
• Analytical with strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage treasury, liquidity and funding arrangements.
• Oversee banking relationships, deposits and cash flow forecasting.
• Lead on new investments and deal structuring.
• Support portfolio companies including valuations and exits.
• Oversee new company and investment platform setups.
• Collaborate closely with CFO and board committees.
