Job summary

PER in Doha, Qatar, is seeking a Treasury & Transactions Senior Manager/Director to lead treasury, liquidity and funding for the group and act as finance lead on new investments. You will work with the CFO, guide deal structuring, and mentor a small team in a fast-paced investment firm environment.

The role requires a qualified accountant with Big 4 audit exposure, strong analytics, and excellent communication skills to support portfolio companies and strategic decisions in Doha.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant with a professional qualification (ICAEW/ACCA/CIMA) and a degree in finance or accounting.
• Senior-level experience including Big 4 audit.
• Strong background in transactions, M&A, tax and budgeting.
• Knowledge of IFRS, tax planning and corporate structures.
• Experience managing a small team and advising senior management.
• Analytical with strong communication and presentation skills.

We are working with a well-capitalised investment firm based in Doha, Qatar, on an exciting opportunity for a Treasury & Transactions Senior Manager / Director to join its finance team. The role will focus on managing treasury, liquidity and funding, and acting as finance lead on new investment decisions, offering close collaboration with the CFO and the opportunity to manage a small team. The role will be based in Doha.
