Job summary

QatarEnergy seeks an experienced finance professional to coordinate and analyse financial forecasts across commercial, project accounting, venture accounting, and accounts payable/receivable streams. The role supports internal funding decisions and ensures liquidity and timely payments to the State of Qatar and shareholders.

You will compile forecasts, monitor cash flow against bank activity, and prepare distributions while upholding regulatory requirements and lender covenants.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Banking, Business, Economics or Commerce.
• Or Bachelor's degree plus internationally recognized professional qualification (CFA, CPA, ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CMA).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and compile cash flow forecasts from multiple teams for internal funding and distributions.
• Analyse asset and departmental data, monitor forecasts, investigate variances, and propose improvements.
• Prepare routine reports, forecasts or budgets and ensure liquidity to meet daily cash demands.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Banking, Business, Economics or Commerce; or Bachelor's with CFA/CPA/ACA/ACCA/CIMA/CMA qualification
