Job summary

Al Abdulghani Motors is recruiting for a Treasury Manager to oversee cash and bank balances, drive efficiency in treasury operations, and provide timely financial information to senior management.

The role requires a Finance-oriented background with professional qualifications and 2-3 years of managerial experience, across IFRS and banking compliance. Based in Doha, the position offers stability and exposure to strategic treasury initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field of study.
• Master's degree in Finance with ACA/FCCA/CPA (CTP preferred).
• At least 2-3 years of managerial experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage and strategize cash and bank balances and communicate decisions to senior finance management.
• Review and approve POS transactions reconciliations and manage automation.
• Manage all incoming receipts accounting.
• Optimize Treasury Operations and develop strategies with Finance Management to maximize efficiencies and safeguard assets.
• Support corroboration with business units for challenges and advise solutions with senior management approval.
• Ensure compliance with all LCs and guarantees per legal and banking frameworks.
• Ensure all cash and bank reconciliations and sign off.
• Maintain controls over banking stationery and timely audits as directed.
• Monthly closing on treasury-related accounting and reconciliation.
• Manage quarterly, half-yearly and annual audit requirements.
• Ensure cashiering manual compliance across Treasury Team.
• Maintain controls over PDC and cash count at all AAM locations and issue reports.
• Ensure accounting of treasury-related transactions under IFRS and regulatory frameworks.
• Ensure treasury services to internal and external customers are responsive, timely, accurate, and reliable.

Education

Bachelor's Degree

Master's degree in Finance with ACA/FCCA/CPA (CTP preferred)
