Job summary

Commercial Bank Of Qatar in Doha seeks an experienced Treasury Sales professional to sell and structure treasury products, support business development, and collaborate with relationship managers to drive revenue and client satisfaction.

The role requires in-depth knowledge of trading, treasury products, ALM and market risk, plus strong English and Arabic communication, with a focus on delivering compliant, value-added solutions across corporate and retail clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Business/Finance/Economics or equivalent.
• 4 years’ relevant experience in treasury or treasury sales and structuring.
• Knowledge of the banking sector in Qatar and the region, including market trends and competitor awareness.
• Proficiency in English and Arabic (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Sell treasury products to existing and new customers to generate fee revenue for the bank.
• Work on structuring and development of new treasury products in response to clients’ needs.
• Conduct joint sales calls with Relationship Managers to understand and meet clients’ needs and meet sales targets.
• Train Relationship Managers or branch managers on treasury products to enable selling.
• Provide clients with market updates and product presentations to support trading decisions.
