Job summary

QNB Group is seeking an Associate, Treasury Operations Control to monitor and validate treasury transactions, positions, limits and profitability reports. The role supports daily management reporting, reconciliations, and regulatory compliance, working closely with Treasury, Financial Control, Custodians and other stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field, with experience in treasury operations or capital markets, and strong analytical skills to

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics or a related field.
Experience in treasury operations, control, or capital markets is preferred.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Monitor and validate treasury transactions, positions, limits and profitability reports.
Prepare daily P&L and variance analyses for management.
Reconcile treasury records and ensure accuracy with internal systems.
Monitor FX positions and ensure compliance with thresholds.
Prepare periodic treasury reports for management, regulators and auditors.
Collaborate with Treasury Front Office, Financial Control and Custodians to ensure data integrity.
