Job summary

Levante Holding in Qatar is seeking a Sales Executive – Real Estate with 3–5 years of proven local experience to drive property sales, develop new opportunities, and manage client relationships.

You will lead property viewings, negotiate offers, coordinate with leasing, management and finance teams, and monitor market trends while maintaining accurate CRM records and regular sales reports to management.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of proven real estate sales experience in Qatar.
• Strong knowledge of the Qatar property market.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong client relationship and business development skills.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and professional.
• Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Generate and follow up on leads through property portals, networking, referrals, and other channels.
• Identify and develop relationships with buyers, investors, landlords, and corporate clients.
• Promote residential and commercial properties and conduct property viewings.
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties.
• Handle negotiations, prepare offers, and manage the sales process through closing.
• Maintain regular follow-up with prospective and existing clients.
• Coordinate with leasing, property management, finance, and administration teams to ensure smooth transactions.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and sales activities.
• Monitor Qatar real estate market trends, property prices, and competitor activities.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets and provide regular sales reports to management.
