Job summary

Georgetown University in Qatar (GU‑Q) is seeking a procurement professional to support activities from requisition to purchase orders, ensuring compliance with university policies. The role involves supplier sourcing, RFIs/RFPs, pricing analysis, and documentation, partnering with faculty and staff to deliver timely, transparent procurement services.

Responsibilities

• Support and execute the University’s procurement activities in a timely, efficient, and compliant manner.
• Manage procurement from requisition through sourcing, RFIs/RFPs, supplier evaluation, PO creation and documentation.
• Provide procurement guidance and support to faculty, staff, and stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to improve procurement processes and service quality.
