Job summary

LTM is seeking experienced Temenos Payments Hub (TPH) Functional Consultants to lead client workshops, analyze business requirements, design solutions, and drive end-to-end functional implementation of TPH solutions.

The successful consultant will engage with stakeholders, document requirements, identify gaps, configure the TPH platform, and support delivery across environments from development to production.

Job description

We are seeking experienced Temenos Payments Hub (TPH) Functional Consultants with strong expertise in conducting client workshops, business requirements analysis, solution design, and end-to-end functional implementation of TPH solutions.

The successful consultant should be able to engage with business stakeholders, gather and analyze requirements, identify functional gaps, design appropriate solutions, configure the TPH platform, and support successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Business Analysis & Stakeholder Engagement

• Conduct workshops to understand business objectives, payment processing requirements, and operational workflows.
• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
• Perform gap analysis and recommend functional solutions aligned with TPH capabilities.
• Act as the primary functional consultant throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate closely with business users, implementation teams, and technical consultants.

Functional Solution Design & Configuration

• Design end-to-end TPH functional solutions.
• Configure payment workflows, routing rules, queues, processing rules, and business parameters.
• Perform functional setup across Development, SIT, UAT, and Production environments.
• Support functional testing, SIT, UAT, deployment, and change impact analysis.

Implementation & Integration Support

• Define functional requirements for interfaces, APIs, and third-party integrations.
• Support end-to-end payment processing, including routing, validation, enrichment, exception handling, and reconciliation.
• Review integration specifications and provide functional support during implementation and post-go-live stabilization.

XML & File Customization

• Customize and maintain:
• XSLT transformations
• Queue properties files and related configuration artifacts
• Ensure compatibility with ISO 20022, SWIFT, and local payment message formats.

Documentation

• Prepare and maintain:
• Functional Solution Design Documents (FSD)
• Business Solution Design Documents (BSDD)
• Configuration Documents and Configuration Sheets
• Maintain complete project documentation and support knowledge transfer activities.
