Qualifications

• At least five years in techno-functional roles supporting enterprise systems or large-scale migrations.
• Deep knowledge of SAP processes, modules, and data structures with migration exposure.
• Experience or exposure to Huawei enterprise platforms or similar ERP transitions.
• Experience in telecom, fintech, shared services, or enterprise operations environments.

Responsibilities

• Map current-state and future-state business processes affected by SAP to Huawei migration.
• Define migration activities, data mapping, testing, cutover planning, and post-go-live stabilization.
• Collaborate with business users, IT, vendors, and partners to reflect operational needs in system configuration.
• Lead testing efforts (IST/OT) and support defect resolution and readiness activities.
• Create and maintain documentation covering business rules, process flows, test scenarios, and decisions.
