Ooredoo Fintech is leading a pivotal techno-functional role to drive an end-to-end migration from SAP to Huawei platforms. You will partner with business teams, IT, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure continuity, data readiness, testing, cutover, and post-go-live stabilization across impacted functions.

The role emphasizes clear documentation, requirement analysis, risk mitigation, and hands-on migration activities in a fast-paced enterprise transformation.

Qualificações

• Five+ years in techno-functional roles for enterprise systems or migrations.
• Strong SAP process knowledge with data structures and transaction flows.
• Experience with Huawei platforms or similar ERP migrations.
• Experience in telecom, fintech, or shared services environments.

About the Role

Step into a pivotal techno-functional role at the heart of a major enterprise transformation. You’ll help drive the end-to-end migration from SAP to Huawei platforms—protecting business continuity, strengthening process integrity, and enabling a smooth transition across impacted functions. Partnering with business teams, IT, vendors, implementation partners, and project stakeholders, you’ll turn operational needs into clear, actionable migration solutions. From process analysis and data migration to testing, cutover, and post-go-live stabilization, you’ll play a hands‑on role in making the transformation a success.

What You’ll Get Your Hands On

Business Process & Requirements

• Bring clarity to the transformation by mapping and documenting current-state and future-state business processes affected by the move from SAP to Huawei systems.
• Turn business needs into practical functional specifications, technical requirements, and clearly defined migration activities.
• Spot process gaps, operational risks, and dependencies early, then recommend solutions that keep the migration moving forward.

Migration Planning & Data Readiness

• Help shape the end-to-end migration journey—from discovery and fit-gap analysis through data mapping, interface assessment, cutover planning, and post-go-live stabilization.
• Safeguard migration accuracy by validating master data, transactional data, reporting requirements, and reconciliation controls.
• Partner with technical teams to ensure interfaces, data structures, reports, workflows, and system behavior fully support business needs.
• Play an active role in system integration testing and user acceptance testing, from test preparation and defect tracking to resolution support.
• Help deliver a confident cutover and a stable launch by supporting readiness activities, early-life monitoring, issue triage, root-cause analysis, and process stabilization.

Stakeholder & Project Coordination

• Bring business users, implementation partners, vendors, and technical teams together to ensure system configuration reflects real operational needs.
• Keep delivery on track through status reporting, RAID log updates, action follow-up, meeting coordination, and clear stakeholder communication.
• Create practical, high-quality documentation covering business rules, process flows, test scenarios, migration issues, decisions, and operational handover.
• Champion adoption by supporting change management, training coordination, and user-readiness activities for the Huawei platform.

Experience & Domain Knowledge

• At least five years of experience in techno-functional roles supporting enterprise systems, transformation programs, or large-scale platform migrations.
• Strong knowledge of SAP processes, modules, data structures, and business transaction flows, with practical exposure to migration or system-replacement initiatives.
• Good understanding of Huawei enterprise platforms, or experience migrating from SAP to another ERP or business platform.
• Experience in telecom, fintech, shared services, or enterprise operations environments.

Migration & Technical Capabilities

• Proven ability to work across functional and technical workstreams, including business analysis, requirements definition, data mapping, testing, and issue resolution.
• Hands-on experience across the migration lifecycle, including requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, data validation, cutover, and hypercare support.
• Strong understanding of enterprise-system integration points, interfaces, reporting logic, and reconciliation controls.
• Familiarity with ERP transformation, master data governance, and process standardization.

Project Delivery & Collaboration

• Sound project management knowledge, including planning, coordination, progress tracking, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
• Exposure to PMO practices, project documentation standards, and vendor coordination.
• Excellent communication, documentation, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple migration priorities in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certification or formal training in SAP, business analysis, or project management is an advantage.
