The candidate will provide expert technical and financial guidance, ensure regulatory compliance, and support the implementation of EDAMS/EAMS, while overseeing consultants and driving operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in drainage operations and maintenance.
• Senior advisory and strategic capability in wastewater infrastructure.
• Strong understanding of health & safety, QA/QC procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert technical, strategic and financial advice on drainage operations and maintenance in Qatar.
• Support development and implementation of vision, mission, values and strategic direction.
• Advise senior management on operational, maintenance, technical and business matters.
• Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, governance requirements and industry standards.
• Oversee implementation of asset management systems (EDAMS, EAMS) and related processes.
• Advise and manage consultants, ensuring risks are controlled and contractual benefits are achieved.
• Drive alignment and efficiency across sections and provide strategic oversight of operations and maintenance.
