With 7+ years of experience, you will lead hands-on development in Laravel, MySQL, and React, drive performance improvements, and collaborate with stakeholders to align technology with business goals. This role is based in Doha and requires residency in Qatar.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or equivalent.
• 7+ years of experience in software design, architecture, and leadership.
• Strong expertise in Laravel (PHP), MySQL, and React.
• Experience with cloud platforms, particularly Microsoft Azure.
• Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
• Candidates must be currently residing in Qatar.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of large-scale, secure, and reliable solutions.
• Define system architecture, technical roadmaps, and integration strategies.
• Mentor development teams and enforce coding standards and best practices.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and enterprise architects to align technology with business objectives.
