Job summary

Snoonu is seeking an Engineering Lead to own and drive Conversational AI and Driver Automation across IVR, multi-channel chatbots, and a production-grade Agentic AI framework on AWS Bedrock. You will lead AI and Python backend engineers, shaping architecture, coding standards, and end-to-end delivery for real-time driver support in Qatar.

You will collaborate with the R&D Director and Product to define the roadmap, ensure reliability, and optimize performance, latency, and cost.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of software engineering experience with leadership exposure.
• Proven track record shipping production conversational AI, IVR, or agentic systems end-to-end.
• Hands-on experience with multi-agent orchestration on AWS Bedrock or equivalent frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Lead a cross-functional team of AI and Python backend engineers to deliver the platform.
• Own sprint planning, technical scope, and delivery commitments for conversational AI and driver automation.
• Set engineering standards, conduct design reviews, and maintain code quality across IVR, chatbots, and agentic systems.
• Interface with Engineering, Product, and Operations as the primary technical liaison for driver automation initiatives.
• Shape the technical roadmap with R&D Director and drive implementation with the team.
• Define and monitor SLAs, cost governance, and observability for the platform.
• Evaluate frontier AI capabilities and prototype new features with clear go/no-go criteria.
