You will design AI architectures, embed Spec-Driven Development templates, and deliver production-grade AI integrations in Java/Spring Boot, with observability, versioning, and CI/CD readiness across global teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on Java, Spring/Spring Boot, and microservices experience.
• Strong React experience and frontend/backend integration skills.
• Cloud-native architecture knowledge with Azure and AKS.
• Familiarity with LLM-based solutions, RAG or agentic systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

Job description

We're looking for an AI Software Engineer – Full Stack Developer (Java, React) to join our team in Doha, Qatar in an onsite working mode. This role focuses on enabling AI-assisted delivery by implementing cutting‑edge solutions, driving adoption of Spec‑Driven Development (SDD), and integrating agentic AI capabilities in collaboration with architects and engineering leaders. Your work will have a direct impact on accelerating software engineering productivity, ensuring reliability, and embedding responsible AI practices into enterprise‑grade systems.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to AI architectures, ensuring pragmatic integration of RAG, agents, and automation into microservices and enterprise platforms.
• Implement and embed Spec-Driven Development (SDD) templates and governance into delivery workflows
• Build and maintain agentic AI use cases and implement guardrails for responsible AI adoption
• Deliver production-grade AI integrations, including LLMs, retrieval, and embeddings within Java/Spring Boot services
• Ensure observability, version management, and CI/CD readiness for prompts, models, and specs
• Deploy and operate solutions on AKS and Azure environments with best practices for stability and security
• Assist with KPI tracking related to AI-enabled delivery for adoption, quality, and risk management
• Share knowledge through playbooks, training, and mentoring across engineering teams
• Implement security, data handling controls, and responsible AI constraints in production environments

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands‑on experience with Core Java, Spring/Spring Boot, and microservices
• Experience with React
• Strong knowledge of cloud‑native architecture, databases (preferably Oracle/PLSQL), Kafka, and Git‑based workflows
• 1–2+ years of experience in LLM-based solutions, RAG architectures, or agentic systems in production or enterprise pilots
• Understanding of Spec-Driven Development concepts and governance practices
• Experience with Azure services (AKS, Web Apps) and CI/CD pipelines (GitLab preferred)
• Familiarity with LLM providers, prompt engineering, and techniques for evaluation and testing
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with global teams
• Nice to have Practical experience applying SDD in enterprise-level projects
• Knowledge of implementing observability in AI pipelines and secure rollouts
