Job summary

QatarEnergy seeks a Senior Tax Advisor to provide tax planning and advisory support for Marketing & Trading businesses, analyze tax matters, and coordinate with stakeholders and external advisers to protect the company's interests.

You will lead cross-border tax strategies, oversee compliance with corporate and international tax principles, and collaborate with tax authorities and external partners to support informed decisions in a dynamic energy market.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of corporate and international tax principles.
• Knowledge of cross-border transactions, tax treaties, permanent establishment, and withholding tax matters.
• General understanding of indirect tax, transfer pricing, and tax authority processes.
• Minimum of 10 years of relevant tax experience in industry, professional services, or tax administration.
• Experience collaborating with business stakeholders, external advisers, and tax authorities.
