Job summary

Swan Global is seeking a Task Supervisor / Foreman in Doha, Qatar for a 4-month assignment that can be extended. The role oversees mechanical, piping, or structural site activities, ensuring tasks meet project specs and safety standards.

Candidates should have a Diploma or technical background and extensive Oil & Gas project experience, with a proven ability to lead teams and interpret drawings under HSE rules. A gate pass for Ras Laffan is required.

Responsibilities

• Plan, assign, and supervise daily work activities of technicians and laborers.
• Monitor progress and ensure safety, quality, and adherence to procedures.
• Coordinate manpower, tools, and materials for tasks.
• Report progress, issues, and delays to management.
• Ensure drawings and specifications are followed.
• Conduct toolbox talks and promote safety culture.
• Liaise with engineers and supervisors to resolve site challenges.
• Maintain records of manpower, materials used, and work completion.

Job Summary:

The Task Supervisor / Foreman is responsible for supervising and coordinating site activities for mechanical, piping, or structural works. The role ensures that assigned tasks are completed safely, on time, and in accordance with project specifications and quality requirements.

• Report work progress, issues, and delays to higher management.
• Ensure quality workmanship and adherence to drawings and specifications.
• Conduct safety toolbox meetings and promote a strong safety culture.
• Liaise with engineers and supervisors to resolve technical or site-related challenges.
• Maintain records of manpower, materials used, and work completion status.
