Job summary

Swan Global Holdings Group in Doha seeks an experienced Civil Foreman to supervise daily civil construction activities on oil and gas projects. You will coordinate site workers, manage subcontractors, and ensure work aligns with drawings, schedules, and quality standards.

The role requires strong leadership, problem-solving, and clear communication, with readiness to join on short notice. Candidates already in Qatar are preferred and will work under strict safety and QA/QC guidelines.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Civil Foreman in Oil & Gas projects is mandatory.
• Practical knowledge of civil construction activities, drawings, and site procedures.
• Experience supervising construction workers and coordinating daily site activities.
• Ability to follow project specifications, quality requirements, and HSE procedures.
• Good communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Candidates currently in Qatar and available to join at short notice are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily civil construction activities at the project site.
• Allocate tasks to workers and subcontractors and monitor work progress.
• Oversee civil works, including concrete works, foundations, formwork, rebar installation, masonry, and related activities as required.
• Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
• Coordinate with site engineers, supervisors, QA/QC personnel, and HSE teams.
• Monitor manpower, materials, tools, and equipment to ensure efficient site operations.
• Ensure compliance with site safety procedures and report unsafe conditions.
• Identify site issues, resolve routine construction problems, and report major concerns to the responsible engineer.
• Maintain daily progress reports and coordinate inspection requests as required.
