Job summary

Saipem in Doha, Qatar is seeking an experienced T&I Coordinator to support the Project / Engineering / Operations Department and coordinate interfaces across disciplines from FEED to start-up. You will ensure safety, quality, and contractual compliance while guiding interface management, schedules, and resource availability for successful project delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related discipline.
• 7–15 years of EPC/EPCI/offshore experience preferred.
• Fluent in English with excellent stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

• Support the successful execution of Transportation & Installation activities by coordinating interfaces across project functions, ensuring effective integration between stakeholders, and maintaining compliance with HSE, quality, contractual, and project requirements.
• Manage and coordinate interfaces between engineering, procurement, construction, installation, commissioning, contractors, and third parties.
• Develop and maintain interface management systems, registers, agreements, and related documentation.
• Act as the focal point for interface-related communication and issue resolution among stakeholders.
• Facilitate interface meetings, technical reviews, and cross-functional coordination to ensure project alignment.
• Monitor interface deliverables, schedules, milestones, and KPIs, implementing corrective actions where required.
