Job summary

Saipem Qatar invites applications for an Instrumentation Engineer to join the Engineering Fixed Facilities Department in Doha. The role focuses on design, installation drawings, documentation, and coordination with the project team to deliver instrumentation for major energy and infrastructure projects.

Requirements include a Master’s degree in Instrumentation Engineering, 5+ years EPC experience, and proficiency in English.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Instrumentation Engineering (preferable) or equivalent
• +5 years EPC experience in instrumentation at expert level
• Proficient in English

Responsibilities

• Perform design, checking, layout definition and installation drawings for instrumentation elements
• Coordinate with project team specialists and designers
• Ensure QA/QC and HSE requirements are met during execution
• Define engineering design basis and guidelines and prepare technical evaluations
• Coordinate subcontracted engineering activities and control documents
• Provide technical support to the project team and optimize instrumentation design to reduce cost and complexity
