Job summary

WorkWavez Solutions Pvt. Ltd. in Doha, Qatar is seeking an experienced Systems Administration Consultant to support enterprise IT infrastructure, Windows systems administration, identity and access management, and virtualization.

The role requires strong expertise across Microsoft environments, Intune, SCCM, Exchange Online, Citrix, and RDS. You will manage Tier 2/3 escalations, perform incident troubleshooting, patch management, PowerShell automation, and maintain documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or Information Systems.
• 5+ years of enterprise Windows systems administration experience.
• 2+ years of Tier 2/3 support experience.
• Practical knowledge of Active Directory, hybrid Microsoft Entra ID, DNS, and DHCP.
• Experience with Microsoft Intune and/or SCCM.
• Knowledge of Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams/Webex, and OneDrive.
• Experience with Citrix Virtual Apps & Desktops and Windows RDS.
• Working knowledge of Trellix ENS, DLP, and application whitelisting.
• Strong PowerShell scripting skills.

Job Overview

WorkWavez Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Systems Administration Consultant to support enterprise IT infrastructure and systems operations in Doha, Qatar. The successful candidate will manage and troubleshoot enterprise Windows systems, support Active Directory and hybrid Microsoft Entra ID environments, and work with technologies such as Microsoft Intune, SCCM, Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, Citrix Virtual Apps & Desktops, and Windows Remote Desktop Services (RDS).
