Ooredoo FinTech International is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the day-to-day delivery of its Data Privacy Programme in Doha. You will orchestrate policy, process, and technology workstreams to address regulatory requirements and internal audit findings, turning actions into measurable outcomes.

This hands-on role requires creating structure across complex workstreams, maintaining momentum, removing blockers, and ensuring milestones have clear evidence of completion.

Qualificações

• At least seven years of project management experience, including delivery within banking, fintech, or another regulated environment.
• Proven experience delivering data privacy, data governance, regulatory compliance, or related technology programmes across multiple functions.
• Working knowledge of consent management, data subject requests, data classification, retention, and security controls.
• Experience in Qatar’s financial-services environment or with Qatar Central Bank requirements is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate day-to-day delivery of the Data Privacy Programme across workstreams.
• Maintain an integrated programme plan with milestones, dependencies, and costs.
• Identify and resolve delivery blockers; escalate risks, issues, and decisions promptly.
• Prepare governance reports for the Programme Sponsor, PMO, and management committees.
• Coordinate with Risk & Compliance, Legal, Product, Technology, Data Management, Operations, and external suppliers.

About the Role

Take the lead in coordinating the day-to-day delivery of Ooredoo FinTech International’s Data Privacy Programme. You’ll bring together policy, process, and technology workstreams to address regulatory requirements and internal audit findings, working closely with business and technical owners to turn agreed actions into measurable outcomes.

This is a hands-on delivery role for an experienced Project Manager who can create structure across complex workstreams, maintain momentum, remove blockers, and ensure that each milestone is supported by clear evidence of completion.

What You’ll Get Your Hands On

Programme Planning & Delivery

• Build and maintain an integrated programme plan across all work packages, clearly distinguishing discovery, policy approval, and implementation milestones.
• Track milestones, dependencies, resources, costs, actions, and delivery commits to keep the programme on course.
• Identify and resolve delivery blockers, escalating risks, issues, and decisions promptly when required.

Cross-Functional Coordination

• Coordinate delivery across Risk & Compliance, Legal, Product, Technology, Data Management, Operations, and external suppliers.
• Confirm accountable owners, delivery commits, dependencies, and expected outcomes across each workstream.
• Keep stakeholders aligned through structured follow-up, clear communication, and timely decision-making.

Governance & Executive Reporting

• Run programme reviews and maintain clear governance routines across the delivery lifecycle.
• Prepare concise, decision-focused progress reports for the Programme Sponsor, PMO, and management committees.
• Provide visibility into progress, risks, costs, dependencies, decisions, and upcoming priorities.

Technology Change Delivery

• Coordinate approved technology changes with technical owners across requirements, development, integration, testing, control validation, deployment, and operational handover.
• Ensure technology deliverables remain aligned with programme objectives, regulatory requirements, and agreed control outcomes.

Regulatory & Audit Closure

• Maintain clear completion evidence for delivered actions and programme outcomes.
• Work closely with Risk & Compliance to track and support the closure of regulatory commitments and internal audit findings.

What We’re Looking For

Experience & Domain Knowledge

• At least seven years of project management experience, including delivery within banking, fintech, or another regulated environment.
• Proven experience delivering data privacy, data governance, regulatory compliance, or related technology programmes across multiple functions.
• Working knowledge of consent management, data subject requests, data classification, retention, and security controls.
• Experience in Qatar’s financial-services environment or with Qatar Central Bank requirements is preferred.

Project Delivery & Stakeholder Management

• Strong programme planning, stakeholder management, delivery coordination, and executive reporting skills.
• Proven ability to manage complex dependencies, competing priorities, risks, costs, and cross-functional commitments.
• Confidence working with senior business, compliance, and technical stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and project-tracking tools.

Preferred Qualification

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred.
