Job summary

Snoonu in Qatar is seeking a Supply Coordinator to manage fleet-related supplies, parts, documentation, and vendor communications to keep daily deliveries running smoothly.

You'll monitor driver behavior, coordinate stock of uniforms and accessories, maintain inventory records, recover company merchandise from 3PLs, and train drivers on policy updates. Collaboration with BI, Customer Support, Vendor Ops, and Marketing is key to improving processes and service delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in supply or logistics coordination.
• Knowledge of fleet operations, maintenance and supply procedures.
• Proficiency in MS Office and ERP/inventory systems.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills.

• Coordinate supply and distribution of fleet-related materials (uniforms, accessories).
• Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock availability.
• Ensure recovery and return of company merchandise from 3PLs with tracking.
• Conduct training for drivers on behavior, usage, and policy updates.
• Collaborate with BI, Customer Support, Vendor Ops, Marketing to improve processes.
• Prepare and share regular operational reports on compliance, incidents and issues.

This role ensures efficient management of vehicle supplies, spare parts, documentation, and vendor coordination to maintain smooth daily operations and timely delivery of resources.

What You’ll Get Your Hands On

• Monitor and enforce driver behavior compliance with company SOPs, including quality standards, conduct, uniform, hygiene, and delivery instructions.
• Coordinate the supply and distribution of fleet-related materials, including spare uniforms, and accessories.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock availability for operational needs.
• Ensure recovery and proper return of all company merchandise from 3PLs, including tracking, follow-ups, and escalation in case of non-compliance.
• Conduct training and refresher sessions for drivers on behavior standards, application usage, and policy updates to ensure consistent compliance and performance.
• Collaborate with other teams (BI, Customer Support, Vendor Ops, Marketing, etc) to resolve issues, improve processes, and ensure smooth end-to-end service delivery.
• Prepare and share regular operational reports on compliance, incidents, and key issues with relevant stakeholders.

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in supply or logistics coordination, preferably in a fleet or transport environment.
• Strong knowledge of fleet operations, maintenance, and supply procedures.
• Proficiency in MS Office and ERP/inventory management systems.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
