They will also be expected to ensure quality assurance and customer satisfaction, develop strategies to increase efficiency, and provide guidance and support to all staff.
The ideal candidate should have excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to multitask effectively, strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently under pressure. They should also have strong problem solving capabilities as well as excellent communication (verbal and written) skills in both English and Arabic.
