We are looking for a Supervisor to join our team in Doha, Qatar. As a Supervisor you will be responsible for ensuring the successful completion of daily operations in a professional and efficient manner. You will be expected to be able to effectively manage personnel, oversee projects, coordinate tasks and organize resources. The Supervisor will also provide guidance and support to staff members in order to ensure that the highest quality of service is provided at all times.

In this role, you will be expected to have good organizational skills and the ability to multitask while meeting deadlines. You should also possess excellent problem-solving abilities and strong communication skills. Additional responsibilities include providing leadership training and developing motivation plans for teams.

To be successful in this role you must have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in management or related field and at least three years of experience as a supervisor or team lead. You must also have knowledge of relevant software applications such as Microsoft Office Suite, databases and project management tools. Additionally, you should demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, an ability to work independently as well as part of a team, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to think critically when problem-solving. Fluency in both English and Arabic would be preferred but not mandatory for this position.
