Management Solutions International MSI Lusail is seeking a Supervisor Electrical & Instrumentation – QA/QC for a short-term assignment in Qatar. The role focuses on supervising QA/QC for Electrical & Instrumentation works at site and ensuring compliance with project specs and international standards.

You will review and implement ITPs, method statements, and QA/QC procedures, coordinate with construction and client reps, and maintain QA/QC documentation including reports, NCRs, and punch lists

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Electrical/Instrumentation engineering required.
• 5–8 years of Oil & Gas QA/QC experience.
• Familiarity with ITPs, method statements and QA/QC procedures.

Aufgaben

• Supervise QA/QC activities for Electrical & Instrumentation at site.
• Review and implement ITPs and method statements.
• Conduct installation, testing, and commissioning inspections.
• Ensure compliance with project specs and standards.

Job Description:

• Supervise and ensure quality control of all Electrical & Instrumentation works at site.
• Review and implement Inspection and Test Plans (ITP), Method Statements, and QA/QC procedures.
• Conduct inspections for installation, testing, and commissioning of E&I systems.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, international standards, and client requirements (QELNG standards preferred).
• Coordinate with construction, engineering, and client representatives for inspections and approvals.
• Prepare and maintain QA/QC documentation such as reports, checklists, NCRs, and punch lists.
• Monitor calibration of instruments and testing equipment.
• Support audits and ensure closure of quality-related issues.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Electrical/Instrumentation Engineering
• Minimum 5–8 years of relevant experience in Oil & Gas projects
• Strong knowledge of QA/QC standards and procedures
• Experience in RLIC/Qatar projects is preferred
