Job summary

Qureos is seeking an experienced Studio Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of the creative studio in a fast-paced environment. You will manage briefs, timelines, and resources, coordinating with multiple departments to ensure on-time delivery and high-quality output.

Ideal candidates will have strong project management, leadership, and communication skills, with a proactive approach to process improvement and team development in a dynamic creative setting in Doha, Qatar.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field as stated in the job requirements.
• Proven experience in Studio Management, Creative Project Management, or Agency Operations.
• Strong understanding of creative production processes and workflows.
• Experience with print and digital production specifications.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day workflow and operations of the creative studio.
• Review briefs to ensure clarity, completeness, and production readiness.
• Oversee projects from concept through final delivery.
• Establish and monitor timelines, deadlines, priorities, and deliverables.
• Allocate internal and external resources based on project needs.
• Monitor workload, utilisation, attendance, and progress.
• Identify bottlenecks and implement efficiency improvements.
• Coordinate with Creative, Account Management, Marketing, Production, and Finance.
• Communicate briefs, timelines, feedback, and expectations clearly.
• Manage freelancers, vendors, and third-party partners when required.
• Monitor costs and identify opportunities for cost optimisation.
• Maintain organised digital assets and project files.
• Provide regular progress reports to management.
• Develop and improve studio processes and workflows.
• Support team development, mentoring, and a positive environment.
• Assist with production activities when priorities allow.
• Handle issues in a professional, solution-oriented manner.
