Job summary

IPS Group in Doha seeks a Senior Structural Engineer to join our project teams and ensure quality, compliance, and coordination across multiple buildings.

The ideal candidate holds a structural engineering degree, 8–10+ years of site experience, and fluent English/Arabic, with UPDA/MMUP certification and a QID. Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit is preferred to support complex high-rise and commercial developments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Structural Engineering is required.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience; 10+ years preferred.
• Strong hands-on site and construction experience.
• Experience in residential villas, commercial buildings, and/or high-rise projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD; Revit and structural design software are an advantage.
• Good knowledge of Qatar construction regulations and international engineering standards.
• Valid Qatar ID (QID) and UPDA/MMUP certification are mandatory.
• Fluency in both English and Arabic is required.
• Valid Qatar driving licence is preferred.

Responsibilities
