Job summary

Qureos is recruiting a Treasury Manager - Cash Flow, SAP and Operations for a client in Lusail, Qatar. The role supports forecasting, facility management, trade finance and SAP S4 Hana implementation with oversight of banking relationships and AML/KYC compliance.

The ideal candidate has 12+ years in treasury or related banking, a business/finance degree, and an MBA/CFA/ACCA or equivalent. This is a contractual engagement based in Lusail, offering senior leadership responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 years’ experience in a tier 1 bank or corporation.
• MBA/CFA/CMA/ACA/ACCA required.
• Experience in managing banking relationships and optimizing structures.
• KYC and AML knowledge for treasury operations.
• Experience with SAP S4 Hana implementation and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Treasury Director in cash flow preparation, management and reporting.
• Manage cash flow forecasting to ensure liquidity and support planning.
• Develop and implement treasury strategies to maximize returns and minimize costs.
• Lead SAP S4 Hana treasury module implementation and reporting.
• Manage banking relationships and negotiate banking services and accounts.
• Oversee trade finance book, guarantees and collateral management.
• Develop treasury policies and controls to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Mentor and train junior treasury staff.

Job Summary:

Qureos is looking for a Treasury Manager - Cash Flow, SAP and Operations on contractual basis for a client based in Lusail, Qatar. This role assists the Treasury Director in the management of cash forecasting modelling, facility agreement management, trade finance execution, banking facility management, KYC and AML management, and SAP S4 Hana implementation.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist the Treasury Director in Group cash flow preparation, management and reporting to senior leadership.
• Manage the cash flow forecasting, ensuring sufficient liquidity in the Group and analysis to support financial planning, budgeting, and decision‑making processes.
• Oversee the development and implementation of cash management strategies and policies to maximize returns on surplus funds and minimize borrowing costs.
• Lead the enhancement, implementation and reporting of all treasury modules in SAP S4 Hana.
• Manage relationships with banks and financial institutions, negotiating banking services, and maintaining bank accounts to ensure efficient cash management and banking operations.
• Management of the Group’s trade finance book, including advance payment, performance and retention bonds.
• Management of security instruments, such as corporate and personal guarantees, cheque issuance and other collateral against our loan facility book.
• Develop and implement treasury policies, procedures, and controls to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal governance standards.
• Mentor, provide coaching, support and training to junior team members to ensure the effective operation of the treasury function.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 12 years’ experience in a tier 1 bank or corporation. GCC experiences an advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting and finance, or economics
• MBA, CFA, CMA, ACA or ACCA is required
• Experience in managing banking relationships, negotiating banking services, and optimizing bank account structures to minimize costs and maximize efficiency.
• Excellent working knowledge of KYC and AML requirements for treasury operations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in developing and implementing treasury policies, procedures, and controls to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices.
• SAP S4 hands on knowledge of system implementation, integration and reporting.
