Job summary

Lusail Circuit Sports Club is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition & HR Manager to lead end-to-end recruitment, workforce planning, and Qatarization initiatives. You will design targeted sourcing, review job requirements, and optimize candidate experience while aligning with LCSC's strategic objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
• Applied experience in Civil Human Resources Law is preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of professional HR recruitment experience.
• Demonstrated experience in both specialist/targeted sourcing and high-volume recruitment.
• Strong understanding of job analysis, job design, candidate assessment, and talent sourcing.
• Experience supporting Qatarization, nationalization, etc., is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment activities for core and peripheral workforce.
• Develop sourcing strategies based on complexity, seniority, scarcity, and volume.
• Review and challenge job requirements to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Support workforce planning and proactive pipeline development.
• Develop targeted sourcing for Qatari candidates and graduates.
• Support onboarding, HR data accuracy, and HR projects.
