Job summary

Tanqeeb is seeking a Supply Chain Contracts Manager to oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of supply chain contracts, ensuring compliance, risk management, and favorable commercial terms. You will lead a team of contract specialists, coordinate with Legal, Procurement, Finance, and operations to optimize contractual arrangements.

Responsibilities include drafting, reviewing, negotiating supplier agreements and SLAs, maintaining contract repositories, and ensuring alignment with sourcing strategies

Qualifications

• Experience drafting and redlining complex contracts.
• Experience managing full contract lifecycle in ERP/contract systems.
• English fluency; Arabic is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate supply chain contracts including SLAs and long-term agreements.
• Maintain a centralized contract repository with key renewal dates.
• Ensure contracts comply with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
• Standardize templates to reduce risk and shorten cycles.
• Lead or support supplier negotiations on pricing and terms.
• Align contract terms with sourcing strategy and category plans.
• Monitor supplier performance and manage noncompliance.
• Identify and mitigate contract-related risks and confidentiality terms.
• Include KPIs, penalties, and exit clauses.
• Act as liaison between Supply Chain, Legal, Finance, and business units.
