Job summary

Tanqeeb is seeking a Lead Contracts Engineer to manage and improve contractual documentation across interdisciplinary teams in a NOC setting. You will supervise contract engineers, mentor seniors, and drive adherence to HSE and company standards while optimizing economic performance.

The role requires 8–10 years in the O&G sector with 6+ years in contracts and at least 2 years as a Senior Contract Engineer. Strong negotiation, planning and analytics are essential.

Qualifications

• BSc degree in Science or commercial field or its equivalent.
• C&P tools advanced certification required.
• 8–10 years post-graduate experience; 6 years in contracts and 2 years as Senior Contract Engineer.

Responsibilities

• Supervise processes to produce contractual documentation.
• Ensure production of contractual documents follows procedures and ethics.
• Provide a quality, cost-effective contracts service to technical entities.
• Participate in optimizing economic performance of operations.
• Lead training of contract engineers and update workloads and competences.
