Job summary

Tanqeeb is seeking a Contracts/Quantity Surveying professional to prepare and review Bills of Quantities and oversee contract documentation processing. The role includes reviewing payments, variations and claims, tracking commercial actions, and assisting the Contracts Manager with related duties.

You will also prepare cost reports to monitor budgets, assist in prequalification and liaise with project leaders on pre-contract QS work to meet client requirements.

Qualifications

• Prepare/review Bills of Quantities and ensure contract document processing procedures are completed in a timely manner.
• Review and process payments, variations, and claims.
• Track, manage and ensure commercial actions are completed in a timely manner.
• Review and certify contractors' & consultants' interim payments for payments.
• Assist the Contracts Manager with a range of other duties as may be required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare cost reports to monitor project budget.
• Involve for prequalification process.
• Liaise with Project Directors/Project Development Managers for pre-contract QS works and propose solutions.
• Assist in any other relevant pre & post contract administrative duties.
