Job summary

Qatar Airways Group seeks a Manager Supplier Management & Process Improvements (Qatarization) to lead strategic supplier management initiatives and implement SRM frameworks across the QR Group. You will develop segmentation, drive procurement processes, and ensure alignment with Third Party Risk Management while coordinating with Oracle platform initiatives.

You will need a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, strong procurement experience, and excellent English, with proven ability to influence

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
Strong category-specific experience in procurement or supply chain.
Fluent in English; able to work with diverse stakeholders.
Ability to influence, persuade and build effective business relationships.
Excellent negotiation, planning and execution skills; strong contractual & financial acumen.

Responsibilities

Provide strategic analysis to define alternate paths for QR's third-party supplier base.
Develop SRM approach and methodologies for consistent supplier management across segments.
Set up a procurement framework guiding Business Areas on contracting and risk management.
Create data streams to support SRM, focusing on strategic suppliers.
Coordinate with Oracle platform-related initiatives and localization efforts.
