Job summary

Atkins Réalis in Qatar seeks a senior leader to drive a comprehensive reporting mechanism across Operations in Assets affairs, covering road operations and maintenance, ensuring risk awareness and resilience. You will lead strategic and operational responsibilities, develop KPIs, review performance against budget and timescales, and uphold professional conduct and integrity.

The role demands a university degree in Engineering or Business, chartered status, 20 years postgrad experience in major

Qualifications

University degree from a recognised university in Engineering or Business or equivalent.
Chartered status or Professional License from internationally recognised institutions.
20 years postgraduate experience in major infrastructure projects or programmes.
Experience in roads, aviation, structures or rail is preferred, with 15 years in a similar position and 5 years in Qatar or the Gulf.
Advanced written and verbal communication skills in English.
Strong problem solving, relationship management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Lead the development of a comprehensive reporting mechanism for Operations in Assets affairs, including KPIs and dashboards.
Advise the technical office manager on asset management improvements and risk management.
Represent the department in meetings with internal and external stakeholders and support decision making.
Build complete KPIs for Operations and assets management and ensure alignment with strategy.
