Client of Premium Solutions Consultancy is seeking an experienced Architect with strong QS background to prepare and review BOQs for construction projects. You will take off quantities from drawings, prepare cost estimates, and support budgeting and tendering activities.

Responsibilities include reviewing specifications, identifying material quantities, monitoring costs and variations, and maintaining detailed QS records.

Qualifications

• Must be a qualified Architect.
• Strong, hands-on Quantity Surveying (QS) experience.
• Proven experience in BOQ preparation, quantity take-offs, cost estimation, measurement and valuation, and project commercial activities.
• Strong understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and project documentation.
• Good analytical and numerical skills.
• Strong communication and coordination abilities.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and review Bills of Quantities (BOQ) for construction projects.
• Conduct detailed quantity take-offs from drawings and project documents.
• Prepare cost estimates and support budgeting activities.
• Review drawings and specifications to identify material quantities.
• Monitor project quantities, costs, variations and commercial requirements.
• Assist with tendering, quotations, and commercial evaluation.
• Provide quantity and cost information to support project decision-making.
• Maintain QS documentation, measurement records and commercial reports.
