Job summary

Baraha Town in Doha is seeking a Procurement Officer to manage sourcing of materials, services, and subcontracting for a mixed-use development, coordinating with internal teams, tenants, suppliers and contractors.

The role focuses on timely procurement, competitive pricing, quality, and compliance, with responsibilities from requisitions to purchase orders and supplier relationships. Ideal candidate holds a degree in procurement with 3–5 years of relevant experience and strong Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant procurement experience, preferably in mixed-use developments, retail, or facilities management.
• Experience in sourcing, supplier/contractor management, quotation evaluation, price negotiation, and purchase orders.

Responsibilities

• Process approved Purchase Requisitions and service/subcontract requests for Baraha Town.
• Source and coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and service providers for materials, equipment, and maintenance.
• Obtain quotations, negotiate pricing and terms, and prepare comparative statements for management.
• Coordinate with end users, property management, operations, tenants, and contractors on specs and schedules.
• Evaluate suitable suppliers based on pricing, quality, capability, and experience.
• Prepare and process Purchase Orders and supplier/subcontractor agreements with Legal input as needed.
• Monitor deliveries, follow up on payments with Finance, and maintain procurement records.
