The role requires hands-on coordination, data consolidation, stakeholder follow-up, and timely portfolio information delivery across business, Finance, and PMO.

Qualifications

• Hands-on PMO / portfolio coordination experience.
• Strong Excel skills for data consolidation and reporting.
• Ability to develop executive presentations and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Portfolio Reporting & Monitoring: consolidate updates, maintain dashboards, and prepare reports.
• CapEx Planning & Coordination: coordinate CapEx submissions and governance.
• PMO Coordination & Management Reporting: prepare agendas, minutes, and management packs.
