The ideal candidate will have 8–10 years in IT project management within banking or financial services, with PMP certification preferred and strong knowledge of tokenization, PCI DSS, ePayments, and payment

Qualifications

• 8-10 years of IT project management experience in banking, cards, payments or digital banking environments.
• PMP certification is required or strongly preferred.
• Experience delivering end-to-end IT projects including planning, execution, monitoring, risk and vendor management.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver complex IT projects in cards and payments.
• Coordinate with business stakeholders, IT teams, vendors, card schemes and compliance for governance and quality.
• Manage scope, timelines, budgets, risks, issues and change requests throughout project lifecycle.
• Ensure robust documentation, reporting and escalation practices in a structured governance environment.
