• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the insurance industry.
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
• Strong knowledge of insurance policies, regulations and market trends.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
