Job summary

Al-Futtaim Group in the Middle East seeks an HR leader to act as trusted advisor to senior line management in Qatar, shaping HR strategy and practices to drive robust business growth and foster a culture of performance, meritocracy and diversity.

You will implement annual HR plans, oversee learning and development, succession planning and budget management, ensuring governance and compliance with Group policies across business units.

Qualifications

• Five years HR Generalist experience.
• Previous experience as a HR Business Partner.
• Degree in Human Resources, Psychology or Business Management.

Responsibilities

• Create an HR strategy for the Store and the annual HR Plan.
• Communicate plans and progress against the plan to the HR Function and the Business Units.
• Develop succession plans and retention strategies for key talent and positions.
• Develop and execute a learning and development plan.
• Ensure compliance with HR policy and governance as part of DOA guidance.
• Provide leadership on process improvements and budgeting for HR activities.
