Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or business administration required.
• Master's degree and CPA preferred.
• 7+ years of progressively responsible management experience in higher education or similar.
• Experience leading diverse staff and implementing internal controls.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP/GAAS and financial reporting standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee GU-Q's financial management strategy with COO.
• Manage general accounting, payroll approvals, procurement and treasury.
• Coordinate all fiscal reporting and audits.
• Lead annual and five-year budgeting processes.
• Ensure compliance with contracts, audits, and regulatory requirements.
• Develop financial forecasting models and reports for stakeholders.
