Job summary

Gulf Drilling International is seeking a Financial Controller & Reporting Manager to deliver consolidated financial information and analysis for strategic decision-making. You will oversee corporate accounting and cost controllers, driving accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with IFRS and local tax laws.

Lead the finance team, implement ERP/BI tools, and drive continuous improvement in reporting processes while collaborating with business units and CFO.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CPA/ACCA/CMA/CA certification required; 10+ years of financial experience, incl. 3–5 years in leadership.
• In-depth knowledge of IFRS and local tax laws.
• Strong ERP experience, Oracle Fusion preferred.
• Data management expertise.

Responsibilities

• Consolidate all business units’ financial information into corporate reporting.
• Develop business unit plans and provide strategic financial input.
• Gather, manage and analyze data; deliver insights and actionable presentations.
• Manage monthly, quarterly and annual closings.
• Develop management reports with business and finance teams.
• Ensure timely and accurate financial reports and transparency.
• Lead and develop financial managers and analysts.
• Oversee and monitor finance policies and procedures.
