Job summary

Power International Holding (PIH) is seeking a Digital and Social Media Manager to plan, develop, and manage social media strategies that align with PIH's business goals and brand values. You will increase brand awareness, improve marketing efforts, and report on ROI against benchmarks.

You will develop and implement social media strategies, define KPIs, collaborate with copywriters and designers, coordinate with marketing, tenants, and vendors, and manage loyalty programs while monitoring SEO

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years total experience; 5 years in relevant roles; GCC experience a plus.
• Proven leadership and team-building capability.
• AI fluency and agility in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage social media strategy.
• Define and track KPIs, manage content, and evaluate campaign success.
• Stay updated on social media best practices and technology trends.
• Collaborate with copywriters and designers to create engaging content, while coordinating with marketing, tenants, and vendors.
• Communicate with industry professionals and influencers to build a strong network.
• Monitor SEO and user engagement, and provide content optimization recommendations.
• Set up information flow within CRM and other critical systems.
• Manage loyalty programs, including budget, systems, operations, and reporting.
• Establish and maintain partnerships to deliver loyalty programs, events, and campaigns.
• Oversee technical aspects of websites, microsites, apps, and guide the team on technical matters.
